Morning Workshop - Introduction to Spindle Spinning
I had so much fun in the morning bringing new spinners into the world 😉 Unfortunately, that means that I didn’t get any photos to share!
Afternoon Workshop - C&C (Crepe & Cable) Yarns
In this workshop, we learned how to make crepe and cabled yarns. These are novelty yarns that are characterized by plying plied yarns with either a single (crepe) or another plied yarn (cabled). We also played with adding beads to some of our yarns.

We took our maiden voyage with The Twisted Traveler to visit a dear friend in Virginia. We wanted to get a “small” trip in before heading all the way out to Colorado and it’s a good thing that we did! We discovered a small leak in the camper’s bathroom that we were able to have fixed as soon as we got home.
We have arrived safe and sound!
Of course, I had to get in at least a little spinning!!
